Reiki Energy Rebalancing
Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique of stress reduction, relaxation, and energetic realignment that also promotes healing. Reiki treats the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies, and can promote a sense of calm relaxation and well being. As an energetic tune up, Reiki can increase your chi, or life force energy.
Sessions can be administered by light touch hands on, hands near but not touching the body, or even long distance.

Far Infrared Sauna
Far Infrared Sauna benefits include pain relief, detoxification, weight loss, improvement of tissue elasticity and immune system stimulation. An average sauna user can produce 500 grams of sweat and burn 350 calories during a therapeutic sauna sesison. This is the equivalent of running 2-3 miles. Infrared saunas can help rid your body of cellulite, a gel-like substance made up of fat cells, water and wastes.
Our infrared sauna produces radiant energy which is the same as the heat from the sun, only without the harmful UV rays. The specific carbon heater is made up of approximately 20 organic minerals and elements creating infrared waves that heat your body directly, instead of just the air around you. Traditional Finnish saunas, also called rock saunas, use various types of heaters to warm the stones and air in the room. Depending on what kind of shape you are in, it may take longer at first to sweat in an Infrared sauna, but with repeated use, you will sweat more quickly and easily. In their book Beyond Antibiotics, Drs. Michael A. Schmidt et al. state the following: "Saunas are being used by some doctors to stimulate the release of toxins from the bodies of their patients. They have found that a lower temperature (105-130 F) sauna taken for a longer duration is most beneficial. These low temperatures stimulate a fat sweat, which eliminates toxins stored in fat, as opposed to the high temperature sauna, which encourages a water sweat."
Far infrared technology is thought to be seven times more effective at detoxifying metals such as mercury and aluminum, as well as cholesterols, nicotine, alcohol, ammonia, sulfuric acid and other environmental toxins when compared to conventional heat, or steam saunas. In our sauna the therapeutic operating temperature is much cooler, 105°-150°F compared to a traditional sauna which requires temperatures of 169°-200°F.
